The Rio Grande in southern Colorado offers some of the finest trout fishing in Colorado. On a scale of 1 to 10 this is a definite 10! Thirty plus miles of river to float, including private and gold medal stretches, ranging from pocket water to meandering meadows. The Rio Grande River is a consistent producer of large trout. Floats range from 5 to 16 miles a day and are done in Mackenzie style drift boats or specialized rafts. This is western dry fly fishing in an absolutely majestic setting and is a must do for all serious, as well as, beginning fly fishermen.

New Mexico's San Juan River is a world-class fishery visited by anglers from all over the globe. This year round tail water fishery holds an incredible number of large fish. Small flies and accurate drifts are the keys to success on this high desert river. Most trips incorporate floating the river along with wading in select spots.
